Founded in 2001 in Malkapur, Maharashtra, Aqua Dynamic Group has evolved into a premier multidisciplinary manufacturer recognized for water purification technology, heavy stainless steel fabrication, and renewable solar energy projects.

Our Heritage

From Local Water Purifiers to 28 MW Solar & Heavy Industrial Plants

Since our inception over 22 years ago, Aqua Dynamic has remained anchored in ethical engineering, stringent Total Quality Management (TQM), and uncompromising fulfillment of commitments. What began as a specialized water treatment and reverse osmosis setup has matured into a multi-facility engineering enterprise serving private industries, pharmaceutical companies, municipal bodies, and state electricity corporations.

In 2015, our technical capabilities were validated when the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) selected Aqua Dynamic for official technology transfer of advanced membrane-based desalination and ultrafiltration systems. In 2022, we incorporated Aqua Dynamic Green Energy Private Limited, expanding our fabrication bays into hot-dip galvanized solar structures and launching utility-scale solar farm developments.

2001 - 2002

Founding of Aqua Dynamic Solution in Malkapur

Sanmati Jain and Rahul Rane establish Aqua Dynamic in Malkapur, Buldhana, focusing on water purification equipment, mineral water bottling lines, and water treatment automation.

2006

ISO 9001:2008 Certification

Formal implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) and receipt of ISO 9001:2008 certification, establishing formalized inspection protocols for all water systems.

2012

Heavy Stainless Steel Fabrication & Industrial Expansion

Expanded manufacturing bays at Khaparkheda into automated orbital TIG welding, fabricating SS 304/316 bulk storage silos, chemical reactors with limpet jackets, and non-IBR boilers.

2015

Technology Transfer Agreement with BARC

Official bilateral signing with the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) for spin-off membrane technology and ultrafiltration systems for microbial decontamination.

2022

Incorporation of Aqua Dynamic Green Energy Private Limited

Formal corporate registration (CIN: U40106MH2022PTC386605) to lead commercial solar EPC projects and hot-dip galvanized mounting structures.

2024

Hospital & Medical Furniture Manufacturing Division

Commissioned specialized medical equipment fabrication line at Malkapur for motorized 5-function ICU beds, semi-fowler ward beds, emergency crash carts, and surgical SS trolleys complying with NABH standards.

2024 - 2025

Pristyn Food Tech & 28 MW Solar Power Expansion

Diversification into micro-irrigation via Pristyn Food Tech Pvt Ltd, and landmark 28 MW utility-scale solar farm development across Buldhana in partnership with public-listed PVV Infra Limited.
